The bad news, New Year’s is officially OVER, Darn!


The good news, you don’t need a New Year to set goals.  I don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions. 

I had my share of ill attempts at following the crowd of this year I will and fail miserably, it simply never worked for me. 


I learned that goals and resolutions can be set any time of the year, so let’s start this week with these 3 Sure Fire Ways to Crush your Goals for the week and let’s start your New Year TODAY.


  1. Clarity- You need clarity and to know exactly you want to achieve for
    the week, without clarity there is not direction.

  2. Minimize-Write down 3 goals and stick to the plan, this week I will…….. and do exactly that, the less the better.

  3. Focus-Now that you are clear and have less, put your focus and effort on results, not obstacles, not buts, ifs or maybe, only results, your mind will shift towards exactly what it is that you want to achieve.

There is no better day to start working for your goals, dreams and vision for the future like today. 

Now that you know you really don’t have to wait for another year.
