You got your MOJO back, became Funklecious, your took an Electronic Detox Day and didn't crash. You are still here and you know because you are reading this post.
You have taken the time to distress and get away from the hustle and bustle, the demands and calls of everyday life. You spent time with family, had a spa day, did your nails, went out for a walk, spent time with friends, wrote your plan of action with a timeline included.
If that sounds like a roller coaster, I want to tell you that you are doing it WRONG.🎢
They say life is like a roller coaster, but I want you to take the time to get off it and actually hop on the Ferris Wheel.🎡
Life becomes a roller coaster when we control instead of allow, when we demand instead of create, when we expect instead of give.
You see, failure is to be expected, mistakes are a given and thankfully nobody is perfect.
I can tell you from personal experience that my perspectives on life and business began to change when I choose to get off the roller coaster and decided to ride the Ferris Wheel.
Boy oh, Boy or Girl, did it make a HUGE difference.
Perspective plays a huge role on how you create, handle stress, set backs, and rip the benefits these moments in life bring for your growth and development. When we see these moments as the best opportunity to learn valuable lessons, we no longer have to go through those tremendous energy spikes an deeps that a roller coaster ride can give you.
I invite you to see your journey and progress as a Ferris Wheel. Celebrate those milestones of small and big achievements and take the time to learn from what does not work. They are imperative and the best way to learn a priceless and valuable lesson.
I want to challenge you to implement these
2 Affirmations for the next week.
1.When you succeed and someone compliments, assists you, and values you, say THANK YOU!
2. When you fail, or feel as if you have failed in some form, don't feel recognized, I want you to see it as an opportunity to learn and say, THANK YOU!
Gratitude is a form of expanding your ability to create, grow and develop. The point of gratitude is to expand your ability to call into your life what you wish to create instead of spending too much time on the deeps of that down ward spiral.
The less time you spend fretting about what does not work, the more time you will have to enjoy the things you want to create and live.
Gratitude is one of those simple magical words that allow you to simply sit back, create, do, achieve and enjoy the ride.
