My purpose with this project is to guide you and plant a seed into asking better questions and to be there with you. You are not alone in your struggles and life beyond your most difficult challenges is well worth it.

From Blah to Fab is my personal fitness Challenge and group on Facebook. 21 Day challenges are an awesome way to begin to create habits that keep you fit and healthy from the inside out.
I did it out of the necessity to keep my self accountable and commute with other women wanting to be healthy and fit not only as a New Year's resolution but for the rest of their lives.
Healthy is a lifestyle and one that prevents your from having complications such as High blood pressure, diabetes and less of a quality of life.
I am a true believer of quality versus quantity in all areas of my personal life.
21 Days a the perfect number to kick start your motivation to get up and move. I can do anything in 21 days, that goes for writing, eating healthier, exercise, publishing.
Eating healthy much like applying habits that give you or create the changes you want to see in your life is a process.
Think of it as a Work in progress.

I was that girl that thought about, dreamed about, but didn't do. I was that nurse that was always too busy taking care of everyone else's needs and never caring for her own. I want you to start living your life in 2018 like you never have before.
